10.0Excellent hotel. Very clean. Our room was spacious and beautiful. Staff cleaned room at least once a day and turned down bed 1-2 times. There was some construction on one of the restaurants so it wasn’t open but the Netsu was good if you like that style. Pool staff was great. Pool extremely clean. The Club lounge was my favorite, down the money to get access to it.

10.0The best hotel in Dubai. Close to downtown and in front of the beach. The staff is awesome, especially Rafik Salah from Guest Relations, Essan from The Bay restaurant, and Gerardo and Khalid from the Club Lounge. We always stay at the Mandarin Oriental Jumeira when we travel to Dubai and always recommend this hotel to our friends.

10.0One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! Absolutely brilliant! Nice staff, nice location, nice room. Breakfast and evening cocktails were delicious. Everything was very very pleasing. Especially the staff was more than welcoming and no wish was too much.
