Fostay ("Fostay", "we", "us") operates fostay.com, a curated hotel discovery and booking service focused on Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Fostay acts as a booking intermediary: reservations, payment processing and travel fulfilment are provided by our travel technology partner Nuitee Travel S.A.R.L. ("Nuitee" / "LiteAPI") and the accommodation providers themselves. Fostay is not the owner or operator of any accommodation listed.

By using this website or completing a booking through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a booking reference and confirmation (on screen and/or by email) after completing checkout. Until then, room availability and prices may change without notice.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide — guest names, contact email and phone number. The confirmation email is sent to the address you supply.

The named booking holder must be at least 18 years of age and may be required to present identification and a payment card at check-in per hotel policy.

Prices are shown in AED unless stated otherwise and, unless indicated at checkout, include the taxes and fees quoted by the accommodation provider at the time of booking. Some hotels charge additional local fees at the property (for example tourism dirham, resort fees, parking or incidentals); where known, these are shown in the rate details, and they are payable directly to the hotel.

Prices are live and change continuously with availability. The price applicable to your booking is the one shown at checkout immediately before you confirm — this may occasionally differ from a price shown earlier on a listing or date page.

Payment for bookings is collected and processed by Nuitee or its payment providers, not by Fostay. Fostay does not store your card details.

Each rate carries its own cancellation policy, shown before you book and in your confirmation. Refundable rates can be cancelled free of charge until the stated deadline; non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or refunded, in full or in part.

Refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method by Nuitee and may take several business days to appear depending on your bank.

No-shows are treated according to the rate's cancellation policy and typically incur the full booking cost. Date changes, early departures and guest changes are subject to the hotel's policies and availability.

Hotel descriptions, photography, ratings and reviews are supplied by accommodation providers and our data partners. We work to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that every detail is current; the hotel's own confirmation governs the specifics of your stay.

Some hotel pages feature cinematic 'fly-through' tours. These sequences are generated with the assistance of AI motion technology anchored on the property's real photography. They are illustrative visualisations of the property's spaces, not literal video recordings, and specific views, layouts and furnishings may differ from the room you receive.

Guest ratings and review counts are sourced from verified stay data provided by our partners.

Fostay provides discovery, curation and the technical interface for booking. The accommodation contract is between you and the accommodation provider, fulfilled via Nuitee. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fostay's liability in connection with any booking is limited to the commission we earned on that booking.

We are not liable for events at or failures of the accommodation (including overbooking, service quality, injury or loss at the property), for force majeure events, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you provide.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree not to use the site to make speculative, false or fraudulent bookings; not to scrape, resell or misrepresent our content or prices without written permission; and not to interfere with the operation or security of the service.

The Fostay name, brand, site design, editorial content and generated tour sequences are our property or licensed to us. Hotel names, photography and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification of the accommodation offered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to it. Material changes will be dated below.
