From the moment we arrived, the experience at this hotel was great. What stood out the most was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. The team at Al-Dana went out of their way to ensure that every request was handled quickly and with a smile. Whether it was helping with special tea requests or bananas, assisting with the kids, or simply checking in to see if we needed anything, the staff were always attentive and thoughtful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them. It’s rare to come across a team that is not only professional but also so cheerful and kind. Their hospitality added so much to our stay and made the whole experience feel special. they even made my kids birthday special. Their positive energy made the entire atmosphere feel welcoming and relaxed. special thanks to- Philip, Sarah, Loise, Ever, Ashley, Astuti, Ali, Osman, Oshen, Malintha and Sumila.
