10.0When we checked in on our own pre-tour, Adell was very kind and gracious. He explained everything well and guided us with food options. We had to recheck in the next day with the tour pkg and he even remembered our name/room so we didn’t have to switch rooms.

8.01 train stop away from Dubai Mall. Train station 300metres away Staff are very very friendly can’t do enough for you. Mini supermarket 1 block away convenient

4.0The staff wasn’t nice, especially when we requested another room because the one they gave us smelled like cigarettes. It took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to respond. We finally decided to go down and ask the receptionist, and only then did she decide to change our room.
