10.0The experience at Fairmont exceeded all our expectations! Hospitality was very good , the room was always clean and accessible! Also the service from the crew was very friendly make you feel like home the whole time ! From the entrance untill the front desk everyone is with a smile and try to help you at all times! It's great to see this nowadays! We will definitely choose to come again!

10.0Great hotel, excellent staff and service. The team that took care of Fairmount Gold Club guests was outstanding. The housekeeping was a bit of hit and miss. On the fifth floor, the rooms were not being cleaned well. On the 7th floor, they were immaculate. The windows of the hotel were quite dirty from outside. The hotel should clean them more often. The breakfast was excellent. I wish the hotel had another pool inside for extremely hot periods.

10.0Lovely stay at the Fairmont. Staff were lovely especially Stephen, Katrina, Shaniya and the gentleman at the entrance of the hotel. It was very close to all the attractions and places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good - just very busy! Queue system needs looking at. Other than our stay was lovely. The pools and beach are beautiful and the the view of the mosque from the hotel was stunning. Would stay here again x
