The gym and pool is very clean and with a nice ambiance. The staff especially Kuya Dante is very accommodating and always happy and ready to guide us. He deserves the employee of the year award.

8.0“Lovely hotel but can improve on house keeping”
I come almost every year for my birthday I was very disappointed this year as my room wasn’t cleaned properly and also it was never done while we were out. Today I met Rubel who normally works on 6th floor and he did a thorough clean and was very apologetic about our experience. I love this hotel but must say I was disappointed with the cleaning service. Otherwise everything else was good and staff are very polite. Thank you to Rubel for being so good.
