10.0Absolutely fabulous hotel! Loved our stay here from the second we walked in everything was amazing. Every attention to detail was appreciated and our room was gorgeous and amazing view. We stayed for a wedding anniversary trip and they put balloons and a cake in our room which was lovely. Loved the use of the other hotel bars/restaurants but loved coming back to the W and the adults only option. The staff and service was above and beyond and great location on the beach. The only minor issue we had was the noise from the building site next door there are cranes absolutely everywhere in ear and eyeshot but honestly after the first 2 days I stopped hearing it the hotel cannot help what’s going on in surrounding areas. I thought it would’ve been a nice gesture to give the W hotel guests a discount for the attico restaurant on the top floor but there was more than enough amazing restaurants on the all inclusive to chose from with their own amazing views.

6.0Was given the wrong room that I had paid for initially and told there were no other rooms available even though I received a message before hand telling me everything was ready. When I complained about not having the sea view I paid for, magically within 7 minutes this room was available...not something I expect from a W hotel.
