Наш отдых в Абу-Даби был комфортным и приятным: 1. Бесконтактное заселение и выселение. 2. В апартаментах есть все необходимое: хороший набор посуды, шампунь/бальзам для волос/гель для тела, средство для стирки, кулер с питьевой водой, для приготовления еды были специи, масло и соль. 3. На крыше подогреваемый бассейн, что супер для зимы, когда в море прохладно. 4. В шаговой доступности набережная, магазины, кафе. 5. Прекрасное сирийское кафе на первом этаже. Если там 2 раза в день и до сих пор скучаем. Цены умеренные, еда прекрасная. 6. Хозяйка всегда на связи и готова помочь с любым вопросом.

“A true Gem in Abu Dhabi city!”

The apartment is perfectly located, with a beautiful sea view and everything awesome to explore around you. The apartment was amazing! From perfectly clear instructions how to access it, arriving at a super clean, beautifully furnished and equipped apartment, it was a pleasure from the start. The owners have equipped the place with everything one need, from WiFi, cellphone plugs, crockery and cutlery and loads more to make ones stay seamless. All I can say is thank you, thank you. The owners and organizer's were amazing and kind from the start and this place is a true Gem in Abu Dhabi city!

Exceptional Stay with a Breathtaking View! ​"I cannot recommend this apartment enough! It was truly a 10/10 experience in Abu Dhabi." ​The Apartment & Comfort ​Located on the 11th floor, this one-bedroom apartment is spacious and sparkling clean. From the moment you walk in, it feels like a cozy home rather than a rental. The living area is filled with comfortable seating spots, including plush sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing. ​The bedroom is a dream—the mattress was incredibly soft, and the duvets were fluffy and luxurious, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. One of my favorite details was the vase of fresh flowers left by the host, which added such a warm, personal touch. ​The View ​The highlight is definitely the stunning panoramic view. From the windows and the charming little balcony, you can see the perfect blend of the turquoise sea, lush green parks, and the iconic city skyscrapers. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking scenery. ​Location & Amenities ​The location is unbeatable: ​The Corniche: Right in front of the building, perfect for long walks along the waterfront. ​Parks: There are three beautiful parks nearby, making the area feel very green and peaceful. ​Building Perks: In the same building, there is a charming restaurant serving fresh, delicious local food at great prices with very friendly service. There is also a large café and a convenience store for all your essentials. ​Parking: There is a huge open-air paid parking lot right next to the block, so parking is never an issue. ​The Experience ​Despite being in a vibrant area, the apartment is relatively quiet, allowing for total relaxation. The host was wonderful—always available and ready to help with anything. ​I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi. I will definitely be back

Das Apartment liegt in einem Wohnhaus und ist ziemlich groß für zwei Personen. Der Balkon ist dafür umso kleiner, reicht aber völlig aus um abends noch ein wenig den Tag ausklingen zu lassen und das Großstadtgewusel aus der Höhe zu betrachten. Die Lage des Apartments ist relativ gut, man ist nicht mitten drin, kann aber dank Taxi/Uber alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Der Pool auf dem obersten Stockwerk ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, das Wasser schien aber sauber. Für meine nächste Übernachtung in Abu Dhabi oder auch Dubai würde ich auf einen Pool aber auch keinen Wert mehr legen weil man ihn sowieso eher nicht nutzt. Aber das ist meine persönliche Erfahrung. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war äußerst unkompliziert und von großem Service geprägt. Ganz toll!
