10.0We enjoyed our stay at the hotel during our 3 days in Abu Dhabi. The front desk staff was friendly and informed us about all the amenities available to us during our stay as we checked in. Our luggage was handled with care and delivered promptly (during arrival & departure) to our rooms. The rooms were clean, spacious, and included items to make our stay comfortable (fridge, iron, toiletries, bottled water). The front area of the hotel was often congested with vehicles, but the valet service was prompt whenever we arrived/departed. The breakfast options were extensive and varied. Everyone in my party was able to accommodate their preferences. Overall, we had great stay with friendly service from the staff.

8.0Everything was fine but unfortunately only downfall is the bed mattress are uncomfortable didnt get much sleep.
