My experience at Rotana Hotel Restaurant was truly outstanding, and much of that is thanks to Tinashe, a young and exceptionally dynamic professional who perfectly represents the high standards of hospitality the establishment is known for. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming—clearly reflecting the quality and reputation of Rotana. Tinashe went above and beyond in every aspect of service. His energy, professionalism, and genuine passion for customer care were immediately evident. He was attentive without being intrusive, respectful, well-spoken, and incredibly efficient. What impressed me most was his ability to anticipate needs, ensuring that everything was handled seamlessly and with great attention to detail. He embodies all the qualities of an outstanding hospitality professional—excellent communication, patience, courtesy, teamwork, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Even during busy moments, he remained calm, focused, and consistently delivered service with a smile, making every guest feel valued and appreciated. Rotana Hotel itself deserves high praise for maintaining such exceptional standards. “Home away from home”

Beach Rotana is one of our regular staycation destinations. The staff is always very helpful and welcoming, they make you feel like home! The food at the restaurant outlets is very good and they have a very big variety of. Highly recommended.

“Amazing hotel”

What a fantastic hotel Beach Rotana is, it’s the best we’ve have ever stayed in and we have been to many around the world. The level of service from every member of staff is amazing, friendly and you feel very welcomed in every area within the establishment. We had the all inclusive dine around package, highly recommended and an absolute must do if you visit this hotel . All the restaurants are excellent with their own chef and all offer a different style and individual ambiance. We particularly enjoyed Rodeo Grill, Indigo and Trader Vics. Excellent buffet restaurant is of a highly standard and the breakfasts are particularly enjoyable. Rooms, whilst not large, are very comfortable and we enjoyed a nice sea view. Housekeeping standards are exceptional, very clean and adequately supplied with everything you need, including plenty of bottled water which is always appreciated. The beach is very clean and the pool area very nice, great service from the team in that area made for some enjoyable lazy days. After a great weeks holiday we ended up staying an additional 8 nights due to the disruption in the area, we were looked after so well and made to feel very safe and we cannot thank the staff at the hotel enough for the attention and time they had for us and the reassurance that we had a room and full board for as long as was needed. A few mentions of individuals who gave particular high service levels, Dinukka, housekeeping on floor 7, smiley friendly interaction every time we saw him with excellent standards of room cleaning, Ashok on the beach, friendly efficiency service daily, Manisha in Trader Vics, great host and Lara, Guest Relations Manager who along with the reception team were amazing. Our first time in Abu Dhabi, and despite all the unexpected events we will be back when it is safe to do so. Thank you Beach Rotana,!

“Something really special going on in this one....”

Top class facilities, very comfortable, classy hotel with wonderful staff. Stayed here two weeks with family small- child and adults aged between thirty and sixty. The food, we pretty much only used the buffet, was absolutely delicious. Really couldn't fault it. Lovely beach and large simming pool Plenty of sun, skyscrapers not blocking any out, or shortening the sunbathing day, as can so often happen in skyscraper cities. Good choice of restaurants and general facilities. Very comfortable rooms, really nothing to fault. This hotel also has anwalkway direct from the Lobby into the Abu Dhabi Mall, so don't even have to go out in the street. Basically loved it.

“Amazing.”

I have stayed at the Beach Rotana many times which obviously shows how much we enjoy holidaying there. The hotel has everything you need. Fantastic restaurants beautiful rooms lovely beach and pool area. The staff are so helpful and friendly. It's just a wonderful place to stay and relax.

“Perfect choice if you like comfort, great service and good food”

This has been our favourite hotel for 23 years, and its standards never drop. Rooms range from good-average size upwards, depending on price. Regardless of size, they are all well maintained and serviced by efficient and helpful staff. The range of first-class restaurants is second to none. We have occasionally stayed elsewhere when the Beach Rotana has been full, but would never choose to. As a bonus, the hotel connects directly to Abu Dhabi Mall.
