“Boutique vibe. Super luxury.”

Absolutely brilliant experience during my second stay. I would like to express my attitude to all the team, they made my second stay perfect at this amazing hotel. Most thanks to Ramy, the director of front office, who took care of all details of the second stay and did his best. I really appreciate it. Thanks to Usman at the beach who was very friendly and helpful. All other employees at the beach were very nice as well and helpful all of the time. Food was absolutely superb and super delicious everywhere. All facilities are in the great condition. Housekeeping team is amazing. It’s the most luxurious and quiet hotel I’ve ever seen. Real luxury vibe, so boutique vibe. You just feel privacy everywhere and care of all employees. THANKS. Hope to come back again.

“SPA Bulgari Dubai”

I had a pleasure to visit Bulgari SPA with my wife. Miss Alexandra from Ukraine was very professional and kind, my wife was impressed how she made a tour for her and recommended couple Hammam. We will definitely come back here again.

“Thank You, Arslan – Exceptional Hospitality”

We had some major issues during our stay, but the way Arslan, the duty manager on Saturday, handled everything was truly commendable. His professionalism, calm demeanor, and willingness to listen and improve made a significant difference. We shared our feedback with him in detail, and he received it with grace and a genuine commitment to making things better. The resort itself is beautiful, but there’s definitely room for improvement — particularly at the spa reception and restaurant, where more training is needed to meet the expected standards. Special thanks also to Ali from room service and the lady who took our breakfast order — both were outstanding and made us feel well cared for. Despite the challenges, we chose to stay longer and would return again — all because of Arslan, who went above and beyond. Thank you once again!
