Staff excellent. Service and food also very good. Room initially allotted as basic room was on 3rd floor without lift. Being seniors going up/down on 3rd floor was v inconvenient. So had to go for bigger room which was v good but costlier. Staff service was the highlight particularly, Mr Debarata (from desk, very helpful) , Dipanjan and Ayush ( Restaurant), Housekeeping man Dilip, Wellness Centre staff.

What Parks Inn by Radison lacks is well made up by the amazing staff there. Specially Debabrata (Deb) ensured that we had comfortable stay and cherish our stay . The property lacked lift facility which made it harder for my parents to access the rooms on 1st floor but on request room on ground floor was immediately arranged by Debratha and the staff. The food is nice and again the staff is well behaved.
