6.0Front desk assigned the same key as my room to a guest and that person walked right in. It took them over an hour to fix the problem and they did not offer any comps.

I booked room with sofa bed and they didn’t give me and they offer me a crib bed for one year old kid and my child is six years old !!!!!! It the worst experience ever with old dated furniture

8.0Needs the rain shower head in the bathroom because the tub has only half a glass. A standing shower could have been better. Someone might trip on the high tub wall.
