“Fantastic”

I stayed at the hotel from February 8 to February 20, 2026, and once again had a wonderful experience. At Brunello restaurant, Kamal stood out for his professionalism and attentive service. He was always welcoming, courteous, and genuinely focused on making each visit enjoyable. His thoughtful recommendations and attention to detail made every meal feel special. Service like this truly enhances the overall stay and makes a lasting impression. Kamal is a great asset to the restaurant and the hotel.

“Amazing”

Overall, our experience is amazing. I would like to point out one of the workers at Kempinski, whose name is Abdul Manan, the waiter, did a very good job. He is very attentive, dedicated, polite and good in the work he does. Thank you so much to him for making our experience better. I will mention other workers later on, because the ones we interacted with so far, are doing a great job. Thank you so much ❤️

“Elegant& Effortless Palm”

Stayed at Kempinski Palm Jumeirah and it was a truly refined experience. The setting is superb — right on the beach with beautiful, uninterrupted views and a peaceful atmosphere away from the city rush. Suites are generous, well appointed and ideal for families or longer stays. Everything feels spacious and properly maintained. Service throughout was warm, attentive and discreet. A genuine 5-star stay in Dubai — calm, polished and very comfortable. Would happily return.

“Our Honeymoon”

I’d give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The hotel itself is very nice, the room service is excellent, and the breakfast is really good with solid variety and quality. The staff were helpful, and the overall stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 is the half board dinner experience. Dinner is not an open buffet — it’s a limited set menu from the two available restaurants — and the food quality at dinner was below expectations. This part definitely needs improvement, and I wouldn’t recommend the half board option for dinner. A special thank you to the team members who made our honeymoon stay memorable: Pupag from room service for his outstanding care and attention to detail, Susan and Judith for the honeymoon room setup and cleaning services, and Muhammad the bellman for his great help with our luggage and arrival service. Special thanks as well to the receptionist Mohamed (overnight shift) for making everything easier and smoother whenever we needed assistance. Also, special thanks to Chef Ahmed Amin, the kitchen manager, for his effort and professionalism. Overall, it was still a very good stay with great staff and service.

“Best beach with dubai skyline”

Spent the day at Kempinski Palm and it’s pure beachside luxury. Calm, pristine beach, comfortable loungers, attentive service and that relaxed Palm atmosphere that makes you forget you’re in the city. Perfect for a slow beach day with good food, great drinks and uninterrupted sea views. Definitely one of my go-to spots when I want to unwind properly.

“Best hotel ever!”
