Overall, the hotel is very good. The check-in process is fast and efficient, and the staff are professional. However, one area that needs improvement is luggage assistance. There was no one available to help carry our luggage from the car to the room. This has happened to me several times during my stays, and I hope the hotel can improve this service in the future.
