The F1 finale is Abu Dhabi's single biggest hotel event of the year. Yas Island hotels — walkable or shuttle-distance to the circuit and the after-race concerts — sell out first and priciest; Saadiyat and Corniche hotels become the smart value tier, 20–30 minutes from the gates.
Race-goers staying in Dubai and commuting save money but pay in E11 traffic — 90+ minutes back after the concerts. If the after-race shows matter to you, stay on the island or on the Corniche.
Sunday's race sells the whole weekend: hotels price Thursday–Monday as a block, and single-night stays effectively disappear.
